Welcome to the S.P.C.A., we are a No Kill, not for profit animal rescue and welfare organization. Established in Volusia County in 1977, we now have volunteers all over the east coast. We are supported entirely by donations and the wonderful work of volunteers.

SPCA ASSOCIATE GROUP
The SPCA has an associate group. The group is open to ages 16 through college. Many community service activities are being planned for the organization and this is a great way to earn community service hrs for high school and college fraternities and sororities. This is Toby, 6yrs. old boy, rescued from a high kill shelter. Tob was abandoned on the street and spent weeks wandering, looking for food and safety. When we rescued him he had a horrible skin infection, ear infection and parasites. Tob is now in a wonderful loving home.
Our newest baby is LILLY, thrown in a dumpster behind a restaurant and found
by employees, this little one was only 1 day old. She is with our volunteer Sarah
and doing well, taking her bottle every 3 hrs and gaining weight.
GOOD NEWS! Most OF THE 21 DOGS THAT CAME TO US FROM A HIGH KILL SHELTER, HAVE BEEN ADOPTED!!!
Photos will be featured on our volunteer page in near future. Donations are still needed for the few remaining dogs. We are working hard on finding them a home. Thank you all for your support with donations and foster care. We could have not managed without your help!
